Federal and State for AbsoluteZero and Deluxe

So AbsoluteZero version files Federal and State (simple tax return) for free and Deluxe only covers Federal return? If so this does not make any sense at all. Please let me know how do I use Deluxe for Fed return and AbsoluteZero for State return.

Qualifications on free edition will be stated in this link:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4211422-turbo-tax-wants-to-charge-when-it-is-supposed-to-be-free-1... State will be an additonal fee for deluxe version only in free edition you can file state for free.
