Federal amended got rejected

I amended my taxes after turbo tax sent me an email, but my federal keeps getting rejected. I didn't need to change anything on my federal, just my state. Do I need to worry about it?

Go back to the File tab and de-select e-filing the federal return.

Proceed by filing the amended state return only. Keep in mind that only Georgia, Michigan, New York and Vermont allow amended state returns to be e-filed.
