Fed & state rejected TY25_HSA

Keep getting TY25_HSA email error after submission. Nothing is wrong data wise. And our filing status and health coverage same as last year.

what is the error message or code? We do not have a crystal ball.

Mike9241, the error message says just "TY25_HSA"
