Solved

Fed return was efiled w/payment authorization. Return was rejected & resubmitted after fixing. Told to mail return in. Will my payment authorization go thru?

    No .. when the return was rejected the debit info was never delivered ... you need to make a payment with the return  by check or money order make another payment plan.
