That's the question I checked. And it went through. Fingers crossed that I get my refund soon!
same with me
You know it seems what everybody is trying it is now being accepted by the IRS. So, deleting it and re-adding it, check on/off buttons and doing whatever all works! Somebody fixed something either at the IRS end or TT end. Thanks for keeping us updated TT....NOT!
Good point and suggestions. Glad you got it accepted. Instead of answering yes or checking off any questions under the 1095-A section I went manually under forms to the 8962 line 2b and entered 0. Ran error check with no errors. Then re-transmitted. Waiting for the IRS to accept or reject.
Update: IRS accepted the return. Thanks again to lillie.
no. I said yes to dependents filing sep. return then entered "0" for dependents AGI
@lilliew81 wow!!!! you are a life saver!!! it worked perfectly thank ups so much!
I couldn't even find the form 8962. Just wish there was an easier way to fill everything out.
That is a much more direct way to get there. Wish I'd known that was an option
1095-A info is form 8962. Its under the medical tab
So I totally deleted and re entered that data on form 1095A but I do not see any difference on the form on line 2b of form 8962 there is no zero just blank? Not sure if I should refile or wait to be on the safe side. This is frustrating! Stupid Turbo Tax!
Do you know what the difference is so I know what to look for ? I really don’t want to get rejected for a third time. Mine first notification was on the 18th and I got rejected again today.
Thanks a bunch lillie. You are wonderful. Your suggestion to enter 0 at the 8962 line 2b worked for me. The IRS just accepted my return. Again I went into the forms view manually on the 8962 and entered 0.
I deleted mine and filled it back out. We'll see what happens. It seems too good to be true that we just needed to trash our form and fill it out with the same answers again. I suspect even after being accepted, we get pushed back again until the IRS updates that form like TT originally said. So far, nothing I've read makes it sound like a turbo tax problem.
You're a lifesaver. I did exactly as you did and got accepted in minutes.
I Deleted the data and re entered it. I have yes clicked on self employed on that question and mine was finally ACCEPTED after only 2 hours 🙂
