FBAR / FACTA

I have some performance stock that are unvested given by my company. These stocks are in Europe, where my company headquartered.

My company have created an account under my name. Have these unvested stock in that account.

I have no vested stocks at this point of time. But in this year (2020), i will get some stocks vested for amount 11K USD.

When i click on "My assets and shares", this shows "You have no assets available."

Do i need to file the FBAR / FACTA for this?

The FBAR is not supported by TurboTax, so we cannot advise you on that form. However, you can learn more about FBAR requirements here.
