I get to where i should be able to put in my W-2s under personal information and the screen goes blank and i am unable to move forward. I have made several attempts over the last couple of weeks, but it appears this program is bad, what do i suppose to do?

Are you running the program as an Administrator?
If not, save the tax return, close the program.
On the TurboTax icon for tax year 2021, right click on the icon and click on Run as Administrator.
See if the problem persists.
