Failure to pay penalty

I filed an extension, filed my taxes via turbo tax by the deadline, paid the balance due and now have a failure to pay penalty. Why?

Any tax due was due back on April 18.  An Extension is only to file the return not to pay.  Did you send in a payment with the extension?  Here's a FAQ
