Extra entires on K-1 question 16?

I'd appreciate some help.

On form k-1, how are more than 3  entries for question 16. (16 A,B,C,F,I,M,Q) input? Do I complete a complete separate K-1 (actually it would be 2 more) with duplicate info except for adding more entries to question 16?

After you make the third entry, hit tab and a new line will open.
