Extend not Accepted

When I try to click on extend my return Turbo Tax comes back with message that this filing is not being accepted at this time.  It doesn’t take me anywhere or open a new screen.   Thought I could file an extension.  Is there something I may be doing incorrectly?

TurboTax is not yet transmitting extensions.  This option typically opens up in early to mid-March, though we don't have a specific date for tax year 2023 extensions at this time.  Please check back in a few weeks.
