Turbo Tax Step by Step for estate taxes asks me to enter Exempt Interest Dividends from block 11 of my 1099 Div. My 1099 Div from Fidelity has no line 11 but does have a line 12 labeled Exempt Interest Dividends. Do I enter line 12 when asked about line 11?

Yes, and the amount of the exempt interest dividends will wind up in the same place on your 1041, regardless; Line 1 under Other information.
