Social Security wages were $69869.62 and $4331.97 was withheld. Turbo Tax says I overpaid by $0.05. 6.2% would be $4331.92. I contacted my employer and they said it's a rounding issue, but it doesn't seem like it is. My question is do I really need to go back and forth with them for a corrected W-2 over $0.05?

No, you do not have to go back to your employer for this. Just reduce the amount of Social Security taxes paid by $0.05 on the W-2 that you entered.
That's what I was thinking of doing I just wasn't sure if it was ok to put a number other than what's on my W-2.
