Everyone needs to fill a 1040 form?

I already submitted and receive my tax refund but have not send a 1040 form. Do I need to do this? Thank you

If you filed your tax return, you sent 1040

When you file with TurboTax, the 1040 is automatically generated from all of the information you enter, then sent along with all the other forms needed for your filing. You should be good to go.
