estimated taxes

First time having to estimated taxes for 2018 was this year 2019.  The last estimated tax due 1/15/20 do I include this last payment in the payment of taxes for 2019 on my return?

If you paid fourth quarter 2019 estimated taxes on or before January 15, 2020, that payment is entered on your 2019 tax return.
