Error

I have 2 nonresident tax returns and the sale of my home is on the incorrect state. Have called Tax Expert Review and they cannot help. I have tried changing the order that I do the nonresident forms but it does not help.

I (using TT Premier) am receiving an error in my IL return that says: "Schedule EIC: IL EITC Box should be checked." I am not claiming EIC. I see no Schedule EIC in my forms. I have no dependents and make too much to qualify. Please advise.
