Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

I have done this a few times and even switched browsers

This issue sometimes arises when an invalid entry has been entered in certain areas of the program. 

 

Please provide more information about 

  • Where you were in the TurboTax program when this message appeared, and
  • What entries you had previously made in that area of the program
