Error Message starting Turbotax

I've been using Turbotax 2024 and after my PC loaded Windows 11 Software update, I get the following error message. TT 2024 is running under another account. Error: 7001.

I can start TT 2023 without any errors.

I've rebooted my laptop and get the same results.
