Error installing 2021 Superpatch w_perrelsuperpatchIS_ttax_2021.350.0100.exe

Hello, I am using TT H&B 2021 Windows Desktop version. I downloaded and tried to install the R35 Superpatch entitled [w_perrelsuperpatchIS_ttax_2021.350.0100.exe]. I have tried with the original CD inserted and without the CD. Here is the error message I get:

The file '_lmth.rwc4nkkl_tnetnocplehlperw' cannot be installed
because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab'.
This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the
CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

Any suggestions other than reinstalling the software?

UPDATE:  Intuit's AI changed my post thinking the numbers in the patch name was a phone number.  It replaced "2021...350...0100" with [phone number removed].  I added 3 dots between the numbers instead of the single dot in the actual file name.  Here is the TT link to the file in question:  https://patchdelivery.turbotax.intuit.com/w_perrelsuperpatchIS_ttax_[phone number removed].exe

Hopefully the AI will not incorrectly change this post too.

Hello @Anonymous_ , I would have contacted support, however numerous users have complained about the extremely long hold times and poor customer service once connected.  I was hoping a fellow user might have experienced this issue and have the remedy.  I appreciate your suggestion.  PW
