Error IND-508

I submitted my return but it was rejected for error IND-508. I checked our SS#'s and they are correct.  Neither my husband or I have filed previously.  How do I correct this in order to efile?  Would this have anything to do with the Covid-19 stimulus?

It cannot be corrected because the IRS shows that another taxpayer has already used the spouses SSN to file a tax rerun.

The only option is to print and mails the proper return and let the IRS sort it out.

It might just be an error or it could be ID theft.
