Error in my 1065 filing

Hello,
I recently received an email from the IRS informing me that my 1065 filing incorrectly states that my LLC has a foreign partner. This error was made while e-filing my tax return using TurboTax Business 2022. I'm wondering what my next steps should be - do I need to file an amendment?

Yes, you will need to amend your Turbo Tax business return to correct the mistake made.

Thank you for your answer. But there is no specific section on Form 1065X to reflect the change in question 14. And TurboTax Business doesn't allow me to attach a statement about the change.

You have a "reason for filing amendment" statement that you will answer before you file the return.  That is the reason and the IRS will get it.
