Trying to import National Financials' 1099 and I receive an error message that the information isn't available, which it is as the hardcopy of the information was sent to me weeks ago.

I have had two phone calls with your Experts, spent over a half hour and am no further along and no one has been able to resolve this error. While using Microsoft Edge as a browser it gave completely different errors.
If you continue to have difficulties with the import feature, and you have a paper copy of the 1099-B, you can enter the data manually by group rather than on a transaction-by-transaction basis. This may not be the ideal solution for you as most would prefer a direct import but this does work. The following screen shows the grouping and your 1099-B will show the transactions per group:
Enter the totals for each group, such as short-term covered, short-term non-covered, etc., and that will enter the data on to Schedule D and/or Form 8949.
The IRS is more concerned with the totals than the individual transactions.
Great - I purchase your software to do my key entry and this year it can't accomplish that and I have to enter pages of summary transactions with the possibility of me having errors. Why did I spend money on your software? Totally unacceptable and going elsewhere next year
