I got an error when hitting "transmit" when filing my return. I got error code 75 which says I went over my licensure e-file limit. I have only sent my daughter's return and still need to send mine, my son's and my parents. (Which I have done 4 every year for the last 12-15 years). I have tried to call twice only to be hung up on after the 45 min wait - so frustrating. Can someone help.

I had the same error today, did one return last week without problem, and trying to submit one for my Parents today and get Error 75. I am also trying to get thru to support.
I was able to get thru to support (after leaving my callback number - they called back within an hour). They have provided me with a new license number. Haven't tried it yet, but hoping that does the trick.
I called 3 times, the first two times after 45 minutes, I got hung up on. Finally I got a person who had absolutely no idea how to fix issue. After 1 1/2 hrs on the phone, he finally suggested that I mail my return. I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years - so frustrated. Plus I paid to have my state tax transmitted and I can't do it, so I guess I am out the cost of the program and well as the additional state transmit fee!!!!!
