Tax Year Prior to 2020: error code 2329

Hi

 I need to do my taxes today (I filed for an extension, using Turbo Tax

 Now when I try to reload my return, it wants to update TurboTax, but is unable to do it

 I have removed my Avast virus protextion software, but it didn't help!

    That sounds like a problem with your Windows 10 operating system. It may need to be updated.You can try the following:

     

    1. Open the Settings menu 

    2. Go to Update&Security>Windows Update

    3. Click Check for Updates , the update will occur automatically

    4. Restart your computer when the update is complete

     

    You may need to uninstall and reinstall TurboTax if it still won't work.

    Code 2329 is not a listed error code.

    I tried to do a 2019 update, got error code 2329.  Checked with Micro Soft, got no help at all.  Is the disc defective.  Seems like I can;t get a good answer from Turbo tax, don't they know what the problem is either?

    I had the same problem.  I tried everything to get the program to load nothing worked.  I finally tried the laptop that I used last year to do my taxes on, it hadn't been updated in a year, the program loaded without a problem.  So its some update that took place within the past year that is the problem.  I know this info may not help, but at least it will give you somewhere to start looking maybe.

    when downloading C/d the error code 2329 appears. I did disable firewall
