Error: "City should not be entered directly on the Massachusetts Information Worksheet for electronic filing. You must complete the Federal Information Worksheet." Help?

I get this error message for each address filed... app won't let me e-file my Mass return because of it.

What should I do?,i submitted my federal return on February 24th electronically and when I check my refund it still says it's processing
