Error 605

Purchased software from 

bighometax.com

Upon attempting to activate, I immediately get error code 605, which means invalid activation code.

 

Please confirm that bighometax.com is not an authorized reseller such that I can file a claim against the scum at bighometax.com

I did that and got a verbal response: Bighometax.com is NOT an authorized reseller.

 

What I need, in order to make a substantiated claim with the bank , is a written response...
