Error 567809 when I try to save after importing a TXF file.

Every time I import a TXF file from Cointracking.info, the import is successful, and TurboTax updates my Federal and State refund amounts, but when I try to save TurboTax it either restarts and I lose everything, or I receive the 567809 error that the file cannot be saved.  I'm already running as administrator, and tried different computers just to have the same exact issue.  After three calls the call center is no help with this problem, does anyone here have any suggestions?

Error 567809 when I try to save after importing a TXF file.

I had a similar problem because too large a file imported I think, 1099. So I documented what the current tax due and total amounts. I deleted the large file. Then manually entered just the totals on the 1099 without all the detailed sales. This is allowed as long as you put various sales short term and long term. This solved the problem.

Okay, I have RESOLVED it luckily and still mad at Turbo Tax...cuz it took me an hour...

Problem: Proceeding to the last step where I need to choose "Charge my Credit Card" or "Deduct from my refund". When I choose former, it's trying to save and failed...If I use the later, I would end up paying 39.99 and still wouldn't get it fixed (needs saving still) and be extra mad...

Steps:

1. Use "Save as" to save in a different location. This will make sure you don't lose any data.

2. Close Turbo Tax completely without saving

3. Run Turbo Tax in Administrator Mode (right-click the icon and choose "run as administrator")

4. Go to File -> Open a tax return -> choose the location that you have previously "save as" to

5. Go to FIle -> Save as, you will see a pop up file explore window and just save (DO NOT CHANGE LOCATION HERE)

6. Go to FIle -> Save to confirm you won't get the error

Finger cross if this works for you. It has worked for me so good luck...

No suggestions...Just FRUSTRATION.

It's March 22, 2020, and I am trying to do my 2019 tax return.  I successfully imported 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, and 1099-B transactions from one brokerage firm.  The imported data looks accurate & matches the paper documents provided by the firm.  So, I tried to save my TurboTax file before moving ahead.   BUT...

REPEATED FAILURES pop up showing Error 567809.  Clicking on the "Click for Solution" link takes me to a useless TTax web page that says: "We're sorry.  The page you requested could not be found."  Aarrggh!

It's been a year or more ... and this STILL is not fixed?
