I'm getting [No Description Found] Engine Version: wPerScm.2025.47.18.22 TPS Version 9.4.0 Error:209 on a new, fresh install of Turbotax 2025 Deluxe Desktop to a Windows 11 machine. This install was based on download (Costco hard purchase of cardboard license card) and when I click OK, Turbotax just shuts down and closes.
When I restart Turbotax, it asks me to log-in, authenticate and start the activation process on the license all over again. This has happened several times. The install is on a hard drive other than C:\, as all my programs are installed elsewhere due to storage/space limitations.
I believe Costco will honor the return (i.e. charge return to Intuit) if this is a fail.
