Error 190

My computer crashed and I've reloaded 16,17 and 18 to the computer.  When I try to open my returns I get error 190 and states that need to download my state.  It won't open my state or my file.  What do I do.  I already had the one state download and now it wants money and won't even list my state.

I found this TurboTax FAQ addressing this very problem.  See if the instructions linked below help you out.

EDIT: I fixed the problem by uninstall and reinstalling turbotax.

I'm having the same problem. I tried your solution to start a new return then go to state and download. Same problem. It doesn't look like its downloading my California state but it says it did and will not let me continue.

I also did the repair option under uninstall. that didn't work either.

Im on windows 10.

This is TurboTax deluxe and state 2019
