Did you have retirement income? Retirement income is not reported on a W-2. Retirement income is reported on other forms like SSA1099, 1099RRB, or a 1099R.
Social Security and/or railroad retirement benefits are not reported on a W-2. Social Security would have been on a SSA1099; a SSA1099 cannot be "downloaded"--- it must be keyed in by hand.
Did you work for a railroad? If so, you would have entered railroad retirement using a 1099RRB----not a W-2. You would only have a W-2 for time when you were still actively working for the railroad.
