Entering tax refund from 2018 amended return applied to 2019 estimated payments

I  filed a 2018 1040X and had to manually (outside of TurboTax) opt the 2018 refund to be applied towards the 2019  estimated tax payments.

What are the steps to reflect the estimated payments for the 2019 return?

To enter your 2018 refund applied to your 2019 taxes, please follow these steps:

1. In TurboTax, open your tax return
2. Click on Federal in the left-hand column, then Deductions & Credits on top of the screen
3. Scroll down to All tax breaks, locate the section named Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click Show more
4. Click on Start next to Income Taxes Paid
5. On the next page, click on Yes
6. On the next page, click Start next to 2018 refund applied to 2019 federal taxes
