1099-R is from Transamerica Retirement Solutions but does not show up as a found result?

It might be that your bank institute isn't one of our partners to import your 1099-R. But you can enter the 1099-R information yourself. On the "Let's get your tax info. We’ll help you find and import info from your bank or financial institution" screen scroll down and click on the "I'll type it in myself" button. Then you can enter your information manually.
