Enter your UBER earnings on a schedule C as self-employment income. To begin:

Sign into your account, then select the 'take me to my return' button
Type 'schedule C' in the search box, then select the 'jump to' link

You will answering some general questions about your business at first, then enter your earnings under the income section. After you enter the earnings, enter your expenses for your business (vehicle, insurance, etc)

Moved NY->PA. In PA return, Dividends, TT says to report only those earned while in PA. For TT "Adjustment Amount", do I enter PA or amount for TT to subtract to get PA?
