Enter expenses using 1099 MISC

I am using a turbox tax deluxe desktop edition. I have entered a 1099-MISC but I don't see an option to enter the expenses associated with the 1099-MISC.
Can someone please guide me the place where I can enter the phone/internet expenses?

To enter your un-reimbursed job-related expenses:

• Go to My Account > Tools > Topic Search
• Type 2106 in the topic search and click Go. 
• Click Edit next to your occupation. If no occupation is entered, begin the interview to complete your occupation information.
• Continue through the interview to enter your expenses.
