Can someone break down what I need to extract from my loan docs to fill in the following information below. picture or sample would be very helpful.

for my rental property.

Settlement statements all look different. You should find a section about items paid by the buyer with a list of charges.

The names of those charges will be similar or the same as those listed on the “Enter Escrow fee” screen. Try and match those. Your realtor may be able to help you if you have questions about whether a particular charge matches the boxes.
