no question about health insurance in 2020?   -trump changed this?

(and thanks for the quick reply)

Yes, I meant Form 1095-C.  The question for having health insurance was removed from the tax code after tax year 2017 when the penalty was removed for not having insurance.

I am using Turbotax deluxe.  I have hit a complete roadblock with the pre-entered form 1095-A.  I had a 1095-C mailed by my company. No form for that. It keeps wanting me to fill out the 1095A. What is the solution?

@Willie122 You don't need to complete the form 1095-A section if you received a form 1099-C. I suggest you delete the form 1095-A that may be in your return in error by following the steps:

  1. Tax tools (on the left menu bar)
  2. Tools
  3. Delete a form

Find form 1095-A in the list and delete the form.
