Emailing W-2s to employees

I can't figure out how to print the created W-2s or send them electronically to my employees. The print button does not print anything. I guess the W-2s are not distributed to the employees because they keep asking about them. In spite of the fact that their emails are entered in the program. Can you help me thank you.
