I got an email that my payment for 2024 was complete and that the 2024 download was ready. But when I login and check the download tab, there is no 2024 link. What the **bleep** Turbo Tax. Don't tell me the download is ready and then don't give me the option to download it. Especially after eliminating the CD option. Pull your head of your **bleep**. I've already sent in a complaint giving you 24 hours to correct the situation or I'm disputing the charge and taking my business elsewhere
