Email my refund is on the way

I filed in February 2020 received a portion of my refund because they requested some documents which I've sent twice and on the 19th of August got a email that my refund is on the way from Turbo Tax and today is the 24th and I still don't have it.  Any answers or suggestions because you can't reach a live person, the website doesn't give you updates, and it's not on Santa Barbara website.

Check your online banking information for past direct deposits from around February when you filed. If you don't see anything, reaching out to the IRS will be your best option considering all your filing with TurboTax is complete. They'll have information on the status of your refund.
