If you are claimed as a dependent by someone else, you are not eligible for the EIP.

What is the 2020 tax form that will be used to claim the EIP if not eligible due to income in 2018/2019?  Follow up--Is turbo tax premier going to have that form?.  Thanks in advance.  Chuck

On the 2020 federal tax return Form 1040 Line 30 will have the option to enter the EIP for which you would be eligible to receive in 2020.  The TurboTax software will be updated after the IRS approves the 2020 Form 1040 and the instructions for the 1040.
