My wife has a LLC set up for consulting work.  She was registered in VA and had an EIN.  We moved and she now registered LLC in GA.  Does she keep the same EIN?

It depends on whether she started a new LLC in Georgia, or just registered the existing one in Georgia.

If she started a new LLC in Georgia, she will need to get a new EIN for it.

If she registered the existing business with the Georgia Secretary of State, she can continue to use her old EIN.
