I e filed my tax return and was notified the return had been accepted and in due course the tax payable as per my return was directly deducted from my  bank account.

But turbotax keeps insisting that the e return is not filed and keeps encouraging me to finalise.

How can this be rectified

You might have more than one online account that is generating those emails.   If you know you filed your return and your return has been processed, you can just ignore the emails like you ignore any other annoying spam.

Yes, I think my mistake was opening a separate intuit account instead of just concentrating on the turbotax filing
