Efiled but see message that a form didn't file

Turbotax allowed me to file my taxes about 4 weeks ago and after not receiving my refund, I went back into the program and see a message saying that form 8384 was not ready when I filed. It says it is ready now and to hit continue to file it. When I hit continue, it just says I am done with my taxes and gives zero indication that it filed the form. I even saved, exited the program, and reopened only to see the same message.  How do I get the program to file the form?

First, log back into your TurboTax account to make sure your tax return was filed.

How do I check my e-file status?

If the status shows as filed and accepted, please check the message about the available form.  Please reply back with the actual form number as Form 8384 is not a tax form for 2024.
