Can I still Efile even if my documents have already been printed. I missed a lot of things during the process and would like to start fresh. I also have not mailed anything yet.

Yes. While you can only e-file once, there is nothing preventing you from adjusting your return after printing a draft that to review.

where is the button ? That way I can restart my taxes ?

You can not restart your return if you already submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered.  However, If you didn't mail your return you can edit your return and change you filing method to e-file.

To reopen your return:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select Add a state (you won't add a state; just to open the return).
3. Select from the left menu the section that you need to edit. 
4. Select File and go to step 3 to change your filing method.
