When attempting to efile I was asked for my previous year’s AGI to authenticate my identity. Since I have filed a 1040-X that affected my AGI I submitted the newer, correct AGI, thinking that 10 after 10 months the IRS would have updated my return. Notably, I was never asked for the PIN I created last year. The submission was rejected
I went through the process of registering for ID.ME so that I could see transcripts directly from the IRS. Unsurprisingly, they still had the original AGI. I resubmitted using the number they have and it was rejected again (twice).
I have been unable to contact a human at TurboTax. I would like to do so since 1. they could probably fix the problem easily, 2. the problem lies , at least to some extent, with their submission process and 3. I paid for an efile and I want it.
ANY THOUGHTS.?

There is a possibility that the IRS does not have your 2020 AGI in their database
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
The AGI never gets updated in the database. When you amend, it sets back to zero. @DoninGA gave you the correct answer. You need to use 0 for previous AGI.
