EFile only state tax

I've already mailed in my federal tax return, and have gotten a refund. I had to do this because I was applying for an ITIN for my wife. I need to now file only my state tax, and I'd like to eFile it. Does TurboTax allow me to do this?

If the federal tax return was not e-filed then the state tax return cannot be e-filed, it can only be printed and mailed.
