efile fee paid on credit card and same amount was deducted from federal tax refund deposit

I paid $133 to Intuit for filing federal and state tax returns. The $133 was charged on my credit card, and posted on 4/15/24. Federal tax refund was direct deposited in my bank account and was short $133. Why am I being charged twice for this? How do I get $133 back?

I’ve made multiple attempts to get this resolved. They just keep sending a canned response that doesn’t address the fact that they charged my credit card AND withheld filing fees from federal refund.  The order details clearly show they charged my card. IRS documentation shows they refunded full amount. TurboTax illegally withheld money from federal refund. Do I just need to file police report for theft of money?

Did you use the words Billing Issue when contacting support?
