If you e-filed your federal tax return and owe federal taxes, you should have the Form 1040-V payment voucher included with your printed tax return.

To print your tax return and voucher follow the steps below:

• Sign into your Online account.
• Go to My TurboTax on the top left.
• Then select My Tax Timeline. 
• Scroll down to Some Things You Can Do and select Download All forms and worksheets.
• Your return will open in Adobe Reader. Click the "printer" icon to open the Print window (or select Print from the File menu in the upper left corner).

You can also print the Form 1040-V payment voucher at the irs.gov website https://www.irs.gov/uac/about-form-1040-v.
