Efile error missing update HELP !!

2016 home and business efile problem can not file .... says needed update is missing did manual update still same problem !!! this needs to be fixed ASAP !!! or after 23 years i will go to another program.

after talking with turbo tax we uninstalled the CD version and re installed the download version ... problem solved
