eFile Drivers License page problem

cant get past the drivers license requirement page for e filing, information is correct. We live in CT.  When I press the continue button I get sent back to the top of the form.  Checked and re-checked, and re-checked again.  At a loss.....help!

Just filed mine in CT.  Did you enter the DL number, exp date and issue date?

Yes.  You need to enter the issue date and expiration date in the same format as on your license.  At the  issue and expiration date format box, select the drop down information for the date format that matches the date format for your CT license.
