Educator expense amount

Where do I input the amount for educator expense on turbotax app?

Please follow the instructions below to enter your educator expenses in the TurboTax app:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Menu button on the top left
3. Under"Federal" click on “Deduction and Credits” 
4. Scroll down "Employment Expenses" and click the down arrow
5. Select "Teacher (Educator) Expenses"

I believe there is a bug in the program.  I've been doing this for many years and this is the first year I had a problem.  I believe that if you take the standard deduction without choosing to compare the itemized deduction it does not ask you for your educator expenses.  I had to go into Tools, choose the topic "Educator Expenses" and click on Go.  Then it took me to the question.  It made a difference in both my federal and state returns!
